Utilizing O2O intelligence gathering, our investigation team traced online infringement clues directly to a major production hub in Chengdu and affiliated marketing networks across eight cities. In synergy with the Shanghai Public Security Bureau’s FDE Crime Investigation Detachment, D-Strategy orchestrated a multi-jurisdictional criminal raid resulting in the criminal detention of 26 key suspects. Concurrently, D-Strategy secured civil compensation settlements from each infringing entity on behalf of the brand, achieving both criminal neutralization and commercial financial recovery.

Retained by the client's headquarters executive board, D-Strategy deployed a targeted regulatory risk resolution strategy.
